The Los Angeles born performer and rapper has always been known for merging music, fashion, and visual experimentation into one creative universe. With SWANS, her newest music video and single featuring COUCOU CHLOE, she steps into a heavier electronic atmosphere that signals the beginning of a full shift in her artistic identity.

The track was developed with Dextreau and Reysha Rami before Candy invited COUCOU CHLOE to contribute a verse and additional production. Her involvement helped push the song into a sharper industrial space that reflects the energy of underground techno. The video, directed and edited by Kyle England, expands that world through surreal imagery and dreamlike tension, creating a sense of humor and unease at the same time.

Alongside this release, she is also growing a new platform through her podcast, Brooke Candy: Unwrapped. The episodes center on open and unfiltered conversations where she talks with guests about creativity, life, identity, and the strange corners of culture. It is another part of the reinvention she is stepping into, giving her space to speak honestly while building a new relationship with her audience.

In these exclusive images for V she leans into this transformation. She holds a sculpted mask close to her face, creating a moment between hiding and revealing. In another image, she is wrapped in textured fabric that suggests transition. When she appears covered in gold, she becomes almost untouchable, presenting a new sense of confidence. Against the red backdrop, she looks directly outward, fully aware of the changes she is stepping into.

“I loved getting to explore these unique and powerful tropes with such an enigmatic and eclectic team of artists that love oddity and wabi sabi as much as I do,” she says. These images, along with the music and the podcast, mark the start of a new chapter.
