Burberry welcomes the festive season with its 2025 campaign, ’Twas the Knight Before…, a cinematic celebration directed by John Madden (Shakespeare in Love, Operation Mincemeat). Set inside a London townhouse, the film stars the incomparable Jennifer Saunders as the ultimate holiday host, welcoming a notable cast of guests including Naomi Campbell, Ncuti Gatwa, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Son Heung-min.

“It’s a party for family and friends,” shares Chief Creative Officer Daniel Lee, who conceived the campaign as both a nostalgic reference to British holiday traditions and a fresh interpretation of the Burberry spirit. Each guest arrives bearing gifts, good humour, and iconic Burberry silhouettes renewed through meticulous detailing.

This season’s outerwear takes center stage, presenting heritage icons through renewed silhouettes and meticulous detailing. Burberry’s new-season designs, including the Heath, Trerose, and Fitzrovia trenches, reinterpret the house’s classics with modern craftsmanship. Jennifer wears the Heath quilted cape in walrus brown and hemlock beige, complete with a corduroy collar and detachable shearling trim, while Naomi appears in the Trerose trench, cut in water-resistant tundra beige with a bow-detailed collar and antique-finish hardware. Ncuti’s marsh-green trench introduces leather-wrapped B buckles and a Burberry Check lining, and Rosie’s short Fitzrovia trench, crafted in Castleford, Yorkshire, reworks tradition with a fuller skirt and domed metal buttons engraved with the house crest.

Accessories and ready-to-gift pieces accompany the collection, from the Bloomsbury tote and Highlands backpack to Burberry’s signature cashmere scarves and soft accessories, capturing the warmth, craftsmanship, and timeless British elegance that define the house this season.
