Bvlgari and Lily Aldridge Host “Save the Children” Campaign Event
Many noted individuals gathered for a cocktail event in honor of the “Give Hope” campaign
The 10th year anniversary of the partnership between BVLGARI and Save The Children, a philanthropy established in 1919 to improve the lives of children in a multitude of ways, was celebrated on December 11 at a cocktail party hosted by Lily Aldridge. Several notable guests, including BVGLARI’s North American President Daniel Paltridge, gathered at BVLGARI’s Fifth Avenue store.
It was an anniversary worth celebrating. Over the past decade, the pair have raised $100 million from the BVLGARI’s Save The Children jewelry collection. The collection features a ring embossed with both partners’ monikers, as well as a necklace and bracelet – the pieces range from $560 to $770. For each item purchased from the line, $100 is donated to the charity. With this overwhelming donation, two million children were helped in areas of conflict for 33 countries.
Signature cocktails and tunes provided by Mari Malek, otherwise known as DJ Stiletto, were provided as guests mingled around the store. Malek, who is also an actress, fled South Sudan 18 years ago and has since become a philanthropist herself, founding Stand For Education, an organization that seeks to provide education to underprivileged girls.
Guests were able to view items at the BVLGARI store and be apart of a celebration of a partnership that has benefitted millions of children worldwide.
