Only Bvglari can bring fashion’s most stylish people to Brooklyn.
With the jewelry titan in the mood to party, a celebration kicked off to welcome the launch of the new Bvlgari Tubogas jewelry collection, taking place at Skylight at The Refinery. As the historic location celebrated its 140th anniversary this year, having been a Williamsburg fixture since 1884 and operating as the Domino Sugar Factory, Bvlgari introduced its newest designs through the way of Bvlgari Studio, a hub for co-creation and experimentation that made its debut to the world earlier this year in Seoul.
Keeping in the dynamic spirit of the Roman Jeweler with select Bvlgari Tubogas jewelry creations on display, a light show utilizing a kinetic light sculpture titled “THE WAVE,” by light artist and designer Christopher Bauder and his team at studio WHITEvoid commenced to help transform the space to echo the gold spirals of Bvlgari Tubogas designs for a visual experience like no other, complete with a dance performance directed by Friend of the House and principal ballerina Isabella Boylston accompanied by a musical soundtrack of Masego.
With DJs Nancy Whang of LCD Soundsystem and Myles Hendrik helping curate the perfect set to keep guests on the dance floor, Bvlgari Deputy CEO Laura Burdese and Bulgari President of North America Hervé Perrot welcomed Friends of the House including Monica Barbaro, Kelly Wearstler, Aurora James, Olivia Culpo, Isabella Boylston, alongside a celebrities including supermodel and V cover star alum and philanthropist Naomi Campbell, actress Dakota Johnson, actor Damson Idris, Paris Jackson, Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Charlotte Lawrence, Martha Hunt, Isabela Ferrer.
