Calvin Klein’s new global flagship store at 530 Broadway in SoHo opened its doors this morning. With a 3,000+ square foot selling space and architecture reminiscent of a downtown loft, the brand celebrates a homecoming to the city it was first founded in.

“We are proud to return to one of the world’s most fashionable cities – and the birthplace of our iconic brand – with an elevated retail expression,” David Savman, Global Brand President at Calvin Klein, said in a statement. “This new global flagship, located just steps from our landmark Houston Street billboard, is a tribute to Calvin Klein’s New York heritage. It represents both the evolution of our retail experience and a tangible expression of the world of Calvin Klein. Calvin Klein embodies a distinctive, global way of living that meets culture, and this store is the latest step on our journey of taking our brand to the next level.”

The store’s warm, neutral interior features open wood joist ceilings and cast columns, reflecting the industrial atmosphere of a SoHo loft. Floor-to-ceiling curved digital screens display recent campaigns. Large windows illuminate a spiral staircase, 3D-sculpted sofas, and product displays designed to look like moving crates.
The flagship store is the brand’s latest push for global retail expansion. “This homecoming is a key milestone as we build Calvin Klein into one of the most desirable lifestyle brands in the world. Step by step, we’re deepening brand relevance, driving consumer engagement and strengthening brand positioning across North America and globally,” Stefan Larsson, CEO of PVH Corp, said in a statement.

The store’s distinct charcoal exterior invites passersby in to explore a range of offerings across men’s and women’s apparel, including a limited edition capsule featuring Calvin Klein Soho branding. Starting in Spring 2026, key styles from Calvin Klein Collection will also arrive at the location.
