Celine Winter 2019 Part 01 Unveiled

Celine turns a corner with an elegant yet wearable Winter 2019 collection.

Celine’s Winter 2019 Part 01 has launched, unveiling the newest minimalist collection designed by Hedi Slimane, the brand’s creative director. As seen in the Winter 2019 campaign, the collection mimics the now-trademark Celine silhouettes that the brand calls “Parisian neo-bourgeoisie”, emphasizing a wardrobe influenced by the late 1970’s and the brand’s retro roots. The collection will be available in global retailers and e-commerce sites worldwide today.

Slimane considered all elements of design for the drop of Celine Winter 2019 Part 01. The collection displayed a laid-back and wearable range while maintaining the distinguished elegance of the brand. Ruffles, lavaliers, lace, tweed and flannel were incorporated into the collection alongside shearling boots, washed denim, cashmere, knit and silk. A new accessory, the Tassel Bag, has been added to the collection of Celine leather goods, in a vast array of materials and colors. New jewelry will also be available in the ready-to-wear collection. Celine’s Winter 2019 Part 01 emits a sense or reality, incorporating everything needed for a Fall/Winter wardrobe.
