On January 27, Matthieu Blazy debuted his first Haute Couture collection for Chanel at the Grand Palais. As the Creative Director of the maison, Blazy’s ready-to-wear debut in October was met with much praise as a refreshing turning point and new chapter for Chanel while staying true to the century-old codes of the house. For the Haute Couture debut, his designs continue to receive praise and solidify him as the right fit for leading the French luxury house.
