Christian Cowan Played With The Runway At NYFW

Flamboyantly feminine and effortlessly chic, the Autumn/Winter 2022 collection is everything New York glam

With his largest collection to date, Christian Cowan launched a runway full of exuberance and vibrancy for his Autumn/Winter 2022 collection. Held on the 102nd floor at the One World Trade Center Observatory, the brand was a feminine display of risk and effortless confidence. Class, fearlessness, and sensuality were at the forefront of the collection which celebrated a return to nightlife glam. Models donned luxe fabrics with embellishments of Preciosa crystals, feathers, sequins, and glitter, paying homage to a quintessential New York. Bold colors combines with feathered displays and curve-hugging silhouettes that honored every woman, regardless of age or size. Keeping with his tradition of surprising collaborations, Cowan worked alongside Scott Csoke, Brooklyn-based painter and photographer, to bring to life the women who walk their dogs through Central Park, ever fashionable and refined. Also employed was Italian jewelry designer anGostura, whose sculptural designs intertwined the models’ fingers, ears, body, and heads as they strutted assertively down the catwalk.
