As one of the industry’s leading concerns, sustainability sits at the heart of Coach’s design philosophy. For years, we’ve watched the New York-based fashion house take a leading position among its luxury peers, whether through the Coachtopia recycled leather collection or the ReLoved upcycling exchange program. Now, Coach is introducing its newest eco-conscious line, the Repurposed Capsule.

As a material, denim has always been meant to be worn, shaped, and passed down—aging like fine wine with every wear. The capsule carries the same sentiment: each piece has been lived in, love-worn, and only gets better with time. The collection reads as a love letter to denim’s enduring place in American heritage and its continual renewal through fashion’s cycles. Though the capsule’s fabrics have been worn before, Coach embraces each piece’s first chapter and asks the wearer to add another through wear of its refreshed, one-of-a-kind design.
“[The capsule is] guided by our imagination and our commitment to reducing our impact on the planet,” notes Stuart Vevers, Creative Director of Coach New York. Coach reframes the classic “reduce, reuse, recycle” model with a simple, more personal message: “Wear it. Love it. Pass it on.”
