Coach Introduces Coach Cherry, a New Fragrance Inspired by New York

Crafted by Givaudan perfumers Natalie Cetto and Nadège Le Garlantezec, the fragrance pairs juicy cherry and mandarin with a floral base.
Coach has unveiled Coach Cherry, a vibrant new perfume inspired by the energy and optimism of New York City. The launch is accompanied by a new campaign starring Emmy Award-winning actor and producer Storm Reid, who embodies the fragrance’s youthful confidence and spirit of self-expression.
Inspired by the house’s iconic cherry motif, Coach Cherry reimagines a signature Coach code with a playful, retro-inspired twist. The fragrance combines the brand’s heritage of craftsmanship with a fresh and modern sensibility, creating a scent that feels both nostalgic and contemporary.

Created by perfumers Natalie Cetto and Nadège Le Garlantezec of Givaudan, the fragrance Cherry opens with notes of dark cherry and Italian mandarin, enhanced by a touch of pink pepper. At the heart, jasmine sambac, magnolia, and rose add a soft floral dimension, while davana brings an aromatic nuance to the composition. The fragrance is grounded by a warm base of patchouli, tonka bean, and Ambrofix, leaving behind a rich and long-lasting trail.
“Coach Cherry has a bright confidence that I think captures the energy of today’s generation—something I believe Storm Reid embodies so authentically in the campaign,” said Coach Creative Director Stuart Vevers. “The fragrance concept was inspired by our popular Cherry charm, and I thought it would be fun to explore the same spirit of self-expression that it evokes.”

The fragrance is housed in a deep red bottle featuring the house’s iconic Horse and Carriage logo. Signature Coach details, including a gold cherry charm and red turnlock cap, reference the brand’s leather goods heritage while reinforcing the fragrance’s playful character. The outer packaging mirrors the bottle’s rich red hue and features an embossed cherry motif, balancing contemporary design with a sense of nostalgia.
