The scene is set on the High Line Spur, an elevated park in the heart of the city where Coach debuted its Spring/Summer 2025 collection with newly innovative classics and leather goods galore.

Creative Director Stuart Vever’s proves the magic of New York can never be played out. “My vision for Spring was to show real clothes in a real, relevant, urban environment,” said Vevers in a statement. “But we’re redesigning these clothes, keeping in mind the values of a new generation that is discovering these pieces for the first time.” Last season brought out the use of trinkets like statement mugs and several other New York emblems. Similarly, this season’s bags were embellished with stickers, and decorated with resin charms in the shape of taxi cabs, and cassette tapes on the footwear.

Punk rock influences exist within the collection’s graphic T-shirts and distressed motorcycle jackets, along with denim trousers and grunge early ’90s plaid blazers. DIY-core white T-shirts were emblazoned with handcrafted words and phrases, adding for an extra touch of personality synched with the beloved brand. The collection reintroduced key concepts from earlier seasons, including fresh variations of the cardigan jacket in up-cycled leather and suede, and new takes on definitive tuxedo jackets and pajama-style pants that are creased and faded.

Feminine elements come out to play in ’60s-inspired cocktail dresses coated in confectionary tones, while sporty motifs like navy blazers, chinos, and pinstripe tailoring are redesigned to create chic and unexpected proportions. Celebrating the house’s nod to craftsmanship, moto skirts and aviator jackets are created from post-consumer garments.

Coach’s popular (Re)Loved program, which restores and resells vintage Coach pieces, takes center stage in the collection. This season marked the debut of the Chain Tabby 26, a new rendition of the iconic Tabby bag. Dipped in soft-grain leather and available in a range of colors, the new handbag is adorned with a metallic chain strap. Accessories also include game-ready baseball caps, the Winter’s Frame bag, a menswear-inspired Portfolio shape, an oversized backpack, and a family of Shape bags offered in heart, star, and dinosaur figures.

The collection’s footwear included bow-detailed silhouettes, classic loafers, and a new Soho sneaker taking inspiration from ’80s and ’90s athleisure, also adorned with youthful stickers and charms, and distressed for the runway.

Coach Spring/Summer 2025 is a continuous serenade, enchanting the eyes of New Yorkers and lovers of the brand alike. Pieces from the newest lineup including the Chain Tabby and the Soho Sneaker, are available now to buy online and at Coach Soho and Coach House on Fifth Avenue.
