As an addition to its 1908 collection, Converse presents the 1908 Bronco Boot in partnership with Tyler, The Creator. With a silhouette designed to protect and perform, the 1908 Bronco Boot brings streetwear to the great outdoors.

Named after the brand’s founding year, Converse’s 1908 collection bridges the past and the present by offering archived silhouettes to a contemporary audience. As the curator for the boot’s conception, Tyler, The Creator turns the Converse Archive into his active studio, unearthing the brand’s boot-making heritage. While influenced by the brand’s past hunting, work, and military-grade boots, Tyler draws most of his inspiration from the ’90s Mud Chunk Boot, a sneaker-boot hybrid designed for both the city streets and the mountain trails.

The 1908 Bronco Boot’s premium craft and wearable shape is displayed in its molded rubber toe, bold lugged outsole, round laces, and metal hardwear. The exterior of the boot is made with rich materials such as leather and suede, while the padding at the collar and tongue makes for a comfortable interior. The boot is available in four unique colorways: Pear Sorbet, Aspen Green, Emperador, and Black.

With an original art dog motif patch on one side and the classic Converse All Star branding on the other, along with the le FLEUR* emblem at the tongue, the 1908 Bronco Boot pays homage to Converse’s heritage and craftsmanship as well as Tyler, The Creator’s curatorial impact.
