The creative collaboration between Converse and Come Tees features the talented artist Sonya Sombreuil who brings her distinct aesthetic on Converse Shapes apparel and the classic Chuck 70.

Entirely hand-created by the fashion artist, Sonya Sombreuil, Come Tees is the Los Angeles-based streetwear brand that turns fashion diktats upside down. Abstract, colorful, and unique, the graffiti-esque label is conceived with a wild spirit and affirmed attitude.

This new collection entitled “Realms and Realities” offers a “glimpse into a personal, introspective dreamscape and shares Come Tee’s dreamlike work through an immersive textile, meant to invoke a teenager’s bedroom”. Combining the young style of Converse with the sincere and vibrant touch of Sombreuil’s artworks, the collection creates self-assured garments.

This partnership is a celebration of independence and an ode to liberty and escape. Presented in t-shirts, hoodies and shorts, printed designs and collage of contrasted motifs are flooding the collection.

Both universes are represented in the capsule. On the one hand, the vintage force with a rock inspired designed combined with words like “most powerful” and “my world” are graphically included on garments as well as rhythmic handprints and skulls. On the other hand, the terrestrial world is presented in the collection with a more minimalistic design staging earthly floral elements which highlights the poetic dimension of the brands. This design allows a respiration and gives a modern look to your outfits.

Genderless, the apparel line is conceived to accompany the movement and to accommodate the ‘widest possible variety of body shapes within only four sizes globally, where traditionally there are 14 common sizes across men’s and women’s lines’.

Paying tribute to the emblematic Converse Chuck Patch, Come Tees custom a graphical pair full of references.

Red and blue pinstripes to salute the original basketball icon, license plate on the right heel with the stitched inscription “Realms and Realities”, every detail is sublimating the collection.
