Copenhagen’s presence in the fashion scene is internationally reaffirming, with a large population of Nordic brands and global talent, underlining the city as a key player on the international fashion calendar. You’ll want to keep your eye out for the CPHFW NEWTALENT lineup, Bonnetje, Berner Kühl, Cecilie Bahnsen, and other major prospects of the scene, Kettel Atelier, Iamisigo, Stem, and Taus.

Danish designer, Anne Sofie Madsen, will be joining the slew of brands alongside Berner Kühl and Bonnetje, in the CPHFW NEWTALENT programme, while Cecilie Bahnsen is the first to earn the Guest Slot, commemorating the brand’s 10-year anniversary with the one-off fashion week showcase. “Copenhagen is where I found my voice as an independent designer, created our universe, and was given the support to grow what Cecilie Bahnsen is today,” says Cecilie Bahnsen, Founder and Creative Director. “The show will stand as a celebration of the brand’s evolution and growth, showcasing how we have moved forward whilst honouring our roots and the city of Copenhagen as an essential part of Cecilie Bahnsen’s story.”

In addition to displaying new designers on their runways, each brand has agreed to CPHFW’s pilot of Sustainability Requirements—a trial before the required measures take effect in January 2026.
The week kicks off in Copenhagen, starting August 4th until 8th, opening the fashion season of Spring 2026 with a bouquet of fresh perspectives and responsible ambition.
