CORTIS Releases New EP ‘GREENGREEN’

The group’s sophomore EP continues the journey for self-definition they embarked on in ‘COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES’
The CORTIS boys are back, and they’ve cranked the energy way up. The breakout South Korean boy band has released their highly anticipated sophomore EP, GREENGREEN. This release follows the album’s leading single REDRED, which has remained comfortably positioned on major global charts since its release.
Building on their debut EP, COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES, CORTIS is developing their rebellious identity with each new release. The band is refining their craft creatively, and as their international profile has expanded, as has their need for self-definition. In GREENGREEN, the debut nervousness is gone, and CORTIS is ready to show you what they’ve got.

The EP opens with TNT, a grungey and hard-hitting punk-hop track. The song sets the restless and ambitious tone that can be traced throughout the six-track project. Following TNT is undoubtedly the centerpiece of the record, REDRED. Contrasting green with red, opposing colors on the color wheel, the group captures something very close to their with this song. Although the colors are opposing, they are still complementary. Just like making the perfect shade of brown, CORTIS is adding more of what they like into their music, and now have the confidence to include less of what they don’t.
In the project’s fourth track, YOUNGCREATORCREW, CORTIS further differentiates themselves from the South Korean music scene in demonstrating a degree of ambivalence towards their record label. Where some artists may sacrifice their creative control for a good deal, CORTIS puts the music first.
Following their NBA All-Star Game Halftime Performance in February, CORTIS is adding another major show to their schedule: Lollapalooza 2026. The performance, set to take place on Saturday, August 1st at Grant Park in Chicago, will be the group’s U.S. festival debut.

GREENGREEN, and all of CORTIS’s music, can be streamed on all major streaming platforms.
