Courrèges unveiled its vibrant Fall/Winter 2025 collection at Paris Fashion Week, with creative director Nicolas Di Felice infusing the runway with a renewed sense of joy and optimism. The show celebrated movement and playfulness, combining the brand’s futuristic heritage with modern sensuality and dynamic silhouettes. Di Felice based the show on the idea of “One Minute Courrèges Movement,” focusing on fluid, gesture-driven design. This approach emphasized ease and motion in fashion, where garments harmoniously connect with the wearer, forming a sweeping motion that celebrates movement and spontaneity.

The guests were greeted at Carreau du Temple with a runway charmed with blue and red confetti against a white backdrop, creating a celebratory atmosphere. Di Felice was inspired by a book of confetti by Dan Colen. The confetti served as a metaphor for celebration and transformation in fashion, symbolizing the ephemeral yet impactful movements that define style. Di Felice transformed this concept into a captivating visual motif, allowing others to appreciate its beauty and significance. Like confetti enveloping surfaces, the garments in the collection wrapped around the body creating an overall dynamic.

The collection features an elevated selection of everyday staples and Courrèges archetypes. The designs featured elongated silhouettes, trailing elements, and enveloping lines. The garments flattered the female body whilst maintaining a powerful allure. There was a balance between new designs and heritage codes.

The materials used in garments included vinyl for outerwear, reinforcing the idea of clothing as armor and powerfulness. Black leather was used to create provocative yet sophisticated pieces. Overall the materials brought out structure and fluidity. Di Felice brought to life a show that reminds us to look at situations from a positive outlook, to find joy even in the small things.
