Central downtown Chicago will host a new Dior women’s boutique that has been outfitted to mirror the glam of its Paris flagship. The boutique’s façade features a glass canopy and transparent frit glass, and a star fixed to the top for luck as if it was placed from Monsieur Dior himself.

The store is a quintessential luxury retail space, featuring two expansive floors dedicated to women’s ready-to-wear, handbags, accessories, fine jewelry, shoes and timepieces. The first floor is enough to make any bag lover blush, laden with Dior’s signature designs including the Lady Dior, now an iconic piece. Stairs lead to a dedicated shoe space on the second floor landing, which is followed by the ready-to-wear area and seating designed by Hamilton Conte.

Perhaps most impressively luxe is the fine art from contemporary artist Julie Gauthron, who created a wrought iron sculpture exclusively for the boutique entitled, “La Muse de Tim”. The piece will hang over a console designed by Malherbe Editions. Dior’s timeless elegance and innovation are palpable in the new space, which will provide shoppers with a truly extravagant retail experience. The new boutique sits at 931 N. Rush Street in Chicago.
