Dior Opens New Boutique on Champs-Elysées

Dior’s new digs, as the legendary 30 Avenue Montaigne location undergoes renovation, takes the Champs-Elysées.

The world’s most iconic shopping avenue, les Champs-Elysées, has welcomed a familiar face to its lineup of high-fashion houses: Dior. The addition, with its long-established name, is familiar for another reason: the new location is a mirror image of the label’s iconic home at 30 Avenue Montaigne in Paris.

Having hosted the Dior Couture FW19 show earlier this month, Dior’s global flagship is temporarily closing to complete a comprehensive renovation. In the meantime, customers will be able to shop at the Champs-Elysées store, its façade painted in a trompe l’œil-style manner to conjure up images of the flagship.

An expansive range of Dior products will be offered at the boutique, designed to showcase the luxury merchandise in a modern, elevated and highly stylized display. A personalization station will be available to shoppers, who can select from embroidery, screen printing and hot or digital stamping options.

The new destination will house a series of new launches and pop-ups. For the Champs-Elysées debut, the boutique will offer an advanced preview of Dior presents an advance preview of the Check’N’Dior collection, the Dior Book Tote and Saddle bags in denim, as well as the TravelDior luggage. The embroidered saddle from Dior’s 2020 Cruise show in Marrakesh will also be in store. Two variations of DiorCamp and a tropical silk scarf will be available exclusively at the new store.
