Drake to Executive Produce New Series ’48 Laws of Power’

A binge worthy series when we need it most.

Drake, the Canadian superstar rapper, actor, and producer, is definitely keeping busy. After the success of HBO mega hit Euphoria, which Drake is an executive producer of, and after his revival of Top Boy, a British crime drama, Drake is here to bring us another binge worthy series when we need it most.

Quibi, a mobile video streaming service launching April 6th, has announced that Drake will be an executive producer on a new exclusive show, 48 Laws of Power. Based on Robert Greene’s book of the same name, the series will break down into 48 essential laws with each episode diving into a different law of power. The stories will be told in bite-sized episodes similar to chapters of the book.

Alongside his co-manager Adel “Future” Nur, Jason Shrier, and Robert Greene, Drake will be producing the show and also directing an episode. Greene said, “it was not until Drake and Future with Anonymous Content approached me with their unique cinematic approach to the laws that I knew I could join forces with them and go all in for a filmed interpretation of my work.”
