DSQUARED2 Drops their Spring/Summer 2021 Women’s Collection

“Tailoring” seems to be the key word for this year’s collection

Dsquared2, helmed by Toronto’s designer twins Dean and Dan Caten, turns out a stylish and effortless women’s lookbook for its Spring/Summer 2021 outing.

This year’s collection focuses more on the tailoring, creating a mix-and-match of silhouettes, predominantly classic and refined, with lace tops, sheer dresses, and minis. Military-inspired styles seem to be making a comeback, though, with aviator pants and jackets adorning the collection. They represent some of the more free-flowing style choices, along with flared skirts and harem pants. Oversized pockets and zip details add to the bleached out jeans and cargo pants.

While the line-up is predominantly made-up of black and white, there are pops of color thrown into the mix. Orange, yellow, and blue make their way in through knit tops, jazz jeans, and the occasional zebra print. The accessories are punk-influenced, featuring pendant studs, bondage bracelets, and twin clutches.
