Dua Lipa Teases Her New Single

Dua Lipa is back, ladies. Hot off her win for Best New Artist at last year’s Grammy Awards, our favorite Albanian pop star shared a short clip of her upcoming single Don’t Start Now to her social media channels yesterday. Earlier today, she posted a longer snippet which gives us a better taste of the decidedly disco-inspired bop. In both clips, we see Lipa in a yellow leotard and sporting her new blonde locks. I think I speak for all of us when I say, “Oh god yes, absolutely, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!!!”
Lipa had previously said that the follow-up to her self-titled debut would be “disco-inspired” and “more mature.” Signaling the beginning of her next era, Lipa has updated her social media profiles and has archived all of her Instagram posts prior to yesterday.
All we know about a DSN release date is that the track is “coming soon.” Cross your fingers that we have a new pregame anthem for this coming weekend.
