Heritage label Eddie Bauer and LA-based brand Baja East have teamed up for a unisex line of outdoor-inspired ready to wear, accessories, and footwear. Combining the technical design expertise of Eddie Bauer with the cutting-edge vision of Baja East, the collection is inspired by Baja East creative director, Scott Studenberg’s, time spent outdoors in California.

Imitating California’s Western coastline, the collection’s color palette is brimming with neutrals and earth tones crafted in luxe fabrics. Keeping motion and activity in mind, the two forces offered silhouettes that are equal parts functional and fashionable.

Venturing into the extensive archives of Eddie Bauer, Studenberg incorporated several of the heritage label’s iconic silhouettes throughout the collection, evident in the collection’s technical outerwear and distinct design notions. Looking to Eddie Bauer’s Skyliner 1936 — the first down jacket patented in the United States — Studenberg found inspiration for the co-branded inverted EB x BE logo.
