For this second collaboration, launching May 16, the campaign was shot by Alasdair McLellan on the volcanic island of Pantelleria, Giorgio Armani’s personal Mediterranean retreat. The imagery is presented in pairs, black-and-white photographs juxtaposed with color shots. These capture an intimate mood as models appear mid-motion, shirtless or draped in loosely belted tailoring.
The garments have been crafted from original Armani fabrics and trims, preserved and reimagined. Others use newly recreated vintage Armani textiles, developed exclusively by Our Legacy. “These fabrics carry history,” says Our Legacy creative director Cristopher Nying. “Seeing them return in a new form made the entire process unexpectedly rewarding.”

Vacation-ready elements like bathrobe-style coats, slipper-inspired footwear, give the collection a playful energy. Likewise, silhouettes from the duo’s 2023 collaboration reappear newly reinterpreted silhouettes, while the familiar cat motif makes a charming return. Warm-weather staples such as drawstring trousers, kimono-inspired outerwear, and pinstriped vests are styled layered, deconstructed, half-on or half-off, as if the wearers are mid-journey or caught in thought.

The collaboration will be on display at the Armani/Manzoni store in Milan and across global Dover Street Market locations in London, Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and Ginza. The collection will also be available via Our Legacy stores in Stockholm, London, Berlin, and Seoul, as well as select stockists including SSENSE, Net-A-Porter, and MR PORTER.
