The Marant man resurrects ’70s French cool: a rebellious fusion of rock edge and bohemian spirit. The Fall-Winter 25 collection draws inspiration from artists’ nonchalant yet intuitive spirits with a collection that unfolds like a narrative canvas, with each garment a brushstroke that brings together a collective story.

The new clothes showcase soft yet textured pieces, with a style that alternates between tailored precision and relaxed knits. It features the unique juxtaposition of raw denim with carefully crafted artisanal embroideries, with paint splatters across the denim to convey a touch of easiness and playfulness, bringing to the forefront the idea of a carefree artist focused on his craft. The splatters are a visual metaphor for artistic spontaneity, celebrating creative freedom.

Whilst exploring her own creative freedom, Artistic Director Kim Bekker remained loyal to Isabel Marant’s staples: puffy jackets, mohair sweaters, and baroudeur pants. The design bridges nostalgia and modernity, letting the wearer revisit his bohemian past through timeless, present-day staples.

The collection gains depth by exploring contrasting notions and borrowing elements from the past. The rock edge with the bohemian aesthetic indicates an easygoing attitude yet focused on individuality and following its path. The color palette reinforces the idea of easiness, focusing on earthy tones and reflecting effortless elegance.

The Marant man embodies a magnetic duality—a romantic with an undeniable rockstar edge. This mix of genres translates into the various facets of the Marant man which can be seen in the various ways the collection can be worn to bring out a different you.
