With the latest generation of football fans in mind, the National Football League and BOSS have come together to craft a collection of brand new lifestyle products. The collection, which launched April 24, unites fashion and football, and reflects exactly what it means to “Play like a BOSS.”
BOSS x NFL inspires fans to express their style and celebrate their own individuality, similar to the players when walking through the tunnel and onto the field. The Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Rams, and Miami Dolphins will serve as the franchises for the range, launching sweatshirts, T-shirts, hoodies, tracksuit bottoms and more.
“The NFL is taking a fresh approach to fan apparel with our new collaboration with prominent fashion brand, BOSS. Ideal for leisure, fans can stylishly rep their fandom,” shared Ryan Samuelson, VP of Consumer Products at the NFL. “The apparel will live up to the BOSS reputation of premium offerings and we hope fans will join us at the 2023 NFL Draft to shop and celebrate the new collection as they cheer on their favorite teams.”
SVP of Creative Direction at Hugo Boss, Marco Falcioni spoke about how the collaboration plans to pay homage to the players in the league. “This collection is also a way to pay tribute to the players and the considerable training they undergo season after season, while promoting a strong, overarching message of what it means to engage and play like a BOSS.”
Crafted with 100% cotton French terry, each piece is elevated with a premium aesthetic and a sporty, technical appeal. BOSS has also created two fashion styles: a top and jogging pants made from a premium technical compact jersey, complete with an all-over digital print that stimulates the texture of real denim.
The highly anticipated BOSS x NFL campaign will star seasoned NFL players and legends, including Micah Parsons of the Dallas Cowboys and NFL icon, Victor Cruz. The players posed alongside models Joan Smalls and Taylor Hill, cementing the sports-meets-style fusion.
BOSS will be onsite in Kansas City at the 2023 NFL Draft offering a pop-up retail experience showcasing both the current collection and customization options. The pop-up will be open from Thursday, April 27 to Sunday, April 30. The collaboration between the NFL and BOSS will continue to come to life throughout the upcoming NFL season, all the way to next year’s Super Bowl.
