Flo Milli Surprises Fans with Early Album Drop

“You Still Here, Ho?” is full of confident bangers to blast all summer long.

Flo Milli surprised her fans on Wednesday with the early drop of her highly anticipated debut album, You Still Here, Ho?

The album is steeped in early 2000’s nostalgia, with a side of the bratty, confident attitude that the 22-year-old rapper is known for. In many ways, the album is an extension of the mixtape, Ho, Why Is You Here? that shaped her cool girl vibe and cemented her as a star.

The album cover.

“As queen of Gen-Z, this is the new age of the Roaring 20s. As a woman and creative, I feel so empowered, full of energy and full of life,” Flo Milli said of the new album. “I’ve decided to use social media, technology and my resources to uplift and inspire those who look up to me to use what they have, start where they are, and more importantly start today.”

You Still Here, Ho? expands upon Flo Milli’s theme of black female empowerment and self-love, though her verses never lose their sting. In keeping with her fast, verse-focused sound, the album is raunchy, fun, and at times, a little mean, like the musical incarnation of a bubble gum popping, hair twirling popular high school girl.

The tracklist.

With features from Rico Nasty, Babyface Ray, and Tiffany Pollard the album is filled with fast-paced rap hits. Production on the album was aided by YoungFyre (Lil Wayne, Jaden, T-Pain), Tasha Catour (Lil Tecca, Aminé, Tinashe), Big Korey (YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Gucci Mane, Jeezy), among others.

Singles from the album, like the TikTok hit “Conceited” and “No Face,” helped set the tone for the rest of the album’s tracks.

To coincide with the album release, the music video for “No Face” will drop tonight at 12 p.m. EST. Flo Milli is also set to take the stage at Miami’s Rolling Loud festival on Sunday.
