All Roads Lead to London for Burberry’s Autumn 2026 Campaign

For fall, the British fashion house celebrates the day-to-day in England’s bustling capital
Coming off a summer in the countryside, Burberry has reminded the fashion world where its foundation lies. Under the creative direction of Daniel Lee, the fashion house escaped the hustle and bustle of London life for its Summer 2026 campaign, but for its Autumn 2026 showcase, Burberry, along with the working people of England, returns to the English capital.
While most artists seek to romanticize the already romantic, Lee has taken a slightly different approach this Autumn by following the London commuter. Perhaps the financial capital of the world, London possesses an urgency found in only a select few cities. It’s only natural, then, that Burberry, London’s crown jewel of fashion, would harness the power of something so central to the city’s identity.

The video campaign follows its characters on their journey to work through their living, breathing city. Starring iconic British model Rosemary Ferguson alongside Cherif Douamba and Haojie Qi, the film is narrated by Matthew Streeton, a voice familiar to many Londoners as one of the London Underground’s travel announcers.
Beyond the characters, the commute unfolds against the backdrop of quintessentially London weather, gray skies, and the city’s relentless pace. The journey through the city streets becomes a character in its own right, heightening the campaign’s purpose as an affectionate portrayal of an underappreciated aspect of city living.

The collection itself, much like the wardrobe of a London commuter, is both elegant and highly functional. Artistically, swishing fabrics highlight a sense of movement throughout the collection, echoing the theme of commuting. Many iconic Burberry silhouettes are reimagined to suit the unpredictability of both English weather and London life.
Lightweight outerwear, inspired by the brand’s signature Foxfield and Mayfair trench coats, is layered over polished polo shirts. Heritage and modernity are balanced through rich cashmere and wool capes, some featuring the brand’s most iconic code: the House Check.
