In case you missed it, the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner took place on April 27th in Washington D.C.. The annual dinner, which raises money for the WHCA scholarships and honors the recipients of the WHCA’s journalism awards, was met with great fanfare as the star power was in full effect that evening. Celebrities such as Scarlett Johansson, Colin Jost, Chris Pine, Rosario Dawson, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Billy Porter, and many more gathered together, including Olympian skier, LGBTQIA+ advocate, and actor Gus Kenworthy. 

Having presented an award with CNN’s own Kaitlan Collins, the Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitter’s Dead star gave VMAN a look at his exciting weekend as he got dressed up in Burberry to attend a special luncheon at the White House with the President and First Lady before heading to the Correspondents’ garden brunch, dinner, and after-party.

I made it a point to look around the room at all the influential people there, so many of those who fight and strive day in and out to make our country a better place.”

I’m not going to lie, it was a bit stressful trying to pack for a weekend like this, but a Burberry polo always fits for any occasion.”

“Last time I saw Savannah, I piggy-backed her down a ski slope in Pyeongchang, South Korea during the 2018 Winter Olympics! It was great to see her again, in much warmer circumstances.”
