With much anticipation, Saint Laurent is on a lively streak with the recent announcement and releases of their three long featured films in competition in the 2024 official selection of the 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival through their new creative subsidiary Saint Laurent Productions, marking the label’s project as the first fashion house to count the full-fledged production of films among its various offerings.
With films such as The Shrouds by David Cronenberg, Parthenope by Paolo Sorrentino, and Emilia Perez by Jacques Audiard, the stars of the new films include the likes of Selena Gomez, Edgar Ramirez, Vincent Cassel, Zoe Saldana, Diane Kruger, Guy Pearce, and more.
Among the many lucky viewers that attended the premiere of the Emilia Perez film, TikToker and recent V148 feature Vinnie Hacker was there to witness it all (and even take part in the 11 minute standing ovation, oof!).
