Last Friday, November 6, Gisele Bundchen hosted a book signing in São Paulo, at the Iguatemi Glass House. The toasted tome, titled simply GISELE, is a collection of over 300 photographs of the Brazilian Supermodel taken throughout her long career. Images by Mario Testino, David LaChapelle, Juergen Teller, Inez & Vinoodh, Mert and Marcus, Peter Lindbergh, Corinne Day, and Steven Meisel fill the pages. Meisel wrote the book’s introduction, which also includes tributes from Gisele’s fashionable flock of friends.
Hoping to get your hands on the coffee table must have from Taschen? Too late. It sold out before it was even officially available. Don’t worry though. A trade edition will be available to the public in 2016. Proceeds from the first round of sales will go to an undisclosed charity of the model’s choosing.
