Swarovski Creators Lab has partnered with luxury sneaker and apparel brand Golden Goose to present a new range that combines crystallized style with the worn-in sneaker superstar.

The limited-release collection includes two new versions of the iconic Golden Goose Super-Star sneaker embellished with Swarovski Crystals and a unique skateboard with a crystallized design inspired by the Golden Goose Flag.

The skateboard and shoe collaboration was Inspired by the skate scene in Los Angeles, California. You can see the influences from the typical worn-in look Golden Goose’s have, representing the rugged nature of skateboarding, combined with the bling and glamour of the crystals, which may represent not only the glamour of Los Angeles but the superstar influence skate culture has on the world.

The Super-Star was the first Golden Goose sneaker to feature the brand’s iconic star–a concept that was imagined during a trip to Venice Beach skate park. So it makes sense for this collaboration that the original Super-Star design has been transformed with a dazzling Swarovski makeover, all in honor of the skate culture which inspired the roots of the shoe.

The skateboards are limited to only 10 pieces, and the pink sneakers, limited to only 100 pairs, will be available exclusively on swarovski.com and in select Swarovski stores. The white sneakers, limited to 250 pairs, will be available online and in select stores from Swarovski and Golden Goose.
