Today V step back inside the ancient world of Gucci, as Alessandro Michele’s Cruise 2020 collection is set to be broadcasted worldwide from the Capitoline Museums in Rome, Italy. Michele's resort wear will debut among vast collections of ancient Roman artifacts and Renaissance art dating back to the 1400s. His theme carries on this season, following Gucci’s Pre-Fall 2019 collection which premiered in the archaeological parks of Pompeii, Herculaneum and Selinunte. Previous Gucci cruise shows have been held at the Dia-Art Foundation in New York City, The Cloisters of Westminster Abbey London, the Palatine Gallery at Pitti Palace in Florence and the Promenade Des Alyscamps in Arles.
