Harry Styles Kicks Off Historic 30-Night Residency at MSG

The singer began his ambitious residency with Jamie xx, new music, beloved hits, and the electric fan energy that makes his concerts unforgettable, with surprise guests still to come.
New York City has become the epicenter of the pop world. On August 26, 2026, Harry Styles opened an extraordinary 30-show residency at Madison Square Garden, transforming “The World’s Most Famous Arena” into his home base for the next two months. Part of his expansive Together, Together world tour, the residency marks his only run of U.S. dates this year, making it one of the most sought-after tickets in the country.
Anyone who has attended a Harry Styles show knows that he does more than perform songs. He creates a full-scale celebration. With confetti, technicolor stage design, a sea of pride flags, and a frontman who genuinely feeds off the crowd’s energy, a Harry Styles concert has become one of the most electric and communal experiences in modern pop. Fans dress up, sing every word at full volume, and leave talking about the show for weeks. Given that reputation, a sold-out 30-night run does not just seem possible. It is inevitable!

Musician and DJ Jamie xx opened the first night and will join Harry throughout the residency, giving fans the chance to experience the pairing across all 30 shows. There is a reason artists speak about “playing the Garden” the way athletes speak about championships. Madison Square Garden is more than a venue. It is part of music and cultural history, having hosted everyone from The Beatles and Frank Sinatra to legendary boxing matches and NBA Finals. Booking a single night there is a milestone, but booking 30 is nearly unheard of! The scale of a two-month residency in the heart of Manhattan speaks to Styles’ drawing power as clearly as any chart statistic.
The MSG takeover is the biggest stop yet on the Together, Together tour, which has brought Styles to Amsterdam, London, São Paulo, and Mexico City. The New York residency will conclude with a Halloween finale, dubbed “Harryween,” on October 31. From there, the tour will head to the Southern Hemisphere for shows in Melbourne and Sydney this December.

Select nights will also feature guest appearances from artists including Robyn, Shania Twain, Jorja Smith, Fousheé, Fcukers, and Skye Newman, adding an element of unpredictability to the residency.

The run follows the release of Styles’ fourth studio album, Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally. Opening night’s setlist blended longtime favorites with newer material, from fan staples such as “Adore You,” “Watermelon Sugar,” “As It Was,” and “Sign of the Times,” alongside other unexpected moments that kept the crowd guessing.
With 29 shows still ahead, Harry Styles will give the city this fall a residency it will never forget.
