Helmut Lang x MYKITA Hits Stores Today

The newest eyewear collab between the industry’s innovative players.

First shown on the Spring 2020 runway, the eyewear collaboration between Helmut Lang and Berlin-based eyewear brand MYKITA is finally set to hit online and physical stores today. Made up of two innovative styles, the unisex range is complete with the hues of neon pink and yellow, reflecting key colors from Helmut Lang’s Spring 2020 collection that was presented on NYFW runway last season.

With both brands known for designs that challenge the status quo and elevate functional elements into intriguing signature details, the two new eyewear models, HL001 and HL002, introduce a new formula for the wraparound sunshield made up of four individual lenses. With these new eyewear models handcrafted by MYKITA HAUS in Berlin, the brand continues to challenge the conventions of normality and disrupt the notions of the modern wardrobe, recreating a serious of precision luxury goods for men and women that under the Helmut Lang label.

Retailing for $595 each, the new models are now available online and at Helmut Lang and MYKITA stores, as well as a range of select retailers such as Opening Ceremony, Dover Street Market, and SSENSE.
