Jimmy Choo is putting a spring in its step with the introduction of their Spring 2024 Men’s campaign with actor Guy Remmers, the breakthrough star of Apple TV cult period drama, The Buccaneers. Remmers embodies the playful confidence of the Jimmy Choo man–irreverent spirit and effortless style.
Set against the modern streets of London, the campaign celebrates the creative spirit of the city and creates a sleek and upbeat style that exudes carefree confidence, as the soft colors and graphic prints of the campaign, shot by Anton Gottlob, complement the dynamic London backdrop.
The theme of the visuals fall in line with the collection and contrasts the subtlety of the pastels, as seen in the stone velvety suede of the Etta Mule and the soft denim blue of the Finnion Monkstrap shoes. This collection takes the familiar Jimmy Choo logotype and remixes it, creating a digitized logo print, as the pattern is woven into several pieces in the newest collection, from the nylon jacquard in the Marlow Moccasin to the N/S Tote bag and its mini-me. The Sammy Boot also makes a reappearance with its exaggerated block heel and round toe. A now-identifiable mark of the Jimmy Choo man, it has all the makings of a future icon.
With London as a vibrant and creative contrast to the effortlessness of Jimmy Choo’s pastels and intentional details, the collection becomes a testament to the Jimmy Choo man and his carefree confidence.
