The grammy-nominated artist (and V cover alum!) Jorja Smith has become the latest ambassador to Dior Beauty, the brand announced today. Smith is poised to join the ranks of the brand’s other veterans, who include Bella Hadid as a spokeswoman for Dior Beauty and actresses such as Natalie Portman and Jennifer Lawrence for their fragrances. The brand’s skincare and makeup divisions complement the fabled fashion house’s Ready to Wear, Haute Couture and Accessories collections.

Jorja’s relationship with Dior isn’t entirely new, the 21 year-old songstress performed last fall at the Dior-sponsored Guggenheim International Gala pre-party. The singer’s pop-meets-soul debut album “Lost & Found” garnered nominations for both a Grammy for Best New Artist and a Mercury Prize. She also won two Brit Awards.

Jorja Smith is a true child of the digital age, after being discovered first on youtube at the age of 15 and releasing her first single, “Blue Lights”, in 2016. While she’s set to bring her R&Breezy aesthetic to the brand, we’re just waiting on the first campaign photos.
