A new star has stepped out in his Calvins. Calvin Klein unveils BTS member and K-pop icon Jung Kook as its newest global brand ambassador in a denim campaign.
Shot by renowned photographer Mert Alas, the label reiterates both the K-pop powerhouse and itself as two icons and leaders of their respective industries. With New York City as his backdrop and The Chemical Brothers’ “Block Rockin’ Beats” as the soundtrack, Kook’s unshakable stage presence is now captured behind the lens, leading both him and his Calvin’s in the spotlight.

“I know that my fans have been eagerly waiting for this return, and it feels so good to be back in the brand’s iconic denim,” says Jung Kook. “The energy on Calvin Klein sets is always incredible, and this shoot was no exception—I am excited to see the campaign out in the world.”

Throughout the new campaign’s imagery, Jung Kook showcases the best and newest of Calvin Klein’s effortless denim. The coveted 90s Straight Jean is reimagined in fresh, seasonal washes of dark and vintage, the Darted Carpenter Jean is paired with a twin Darted Workwear Jacket, and the Barrel Jean proves to be a season staple.
