I became aware of Kappa’s Futur Festival when I moved to Europe a few years ago and added it to my list of fests I wanted to check out. I was excited for the opportunity to finally attend this year. The line-ups tend to be all the big EU club circuit house & techno DJs, sprinkled with some other up-and-coming artists and local acts.
Here’s a photo journal of what I got into last weekend at FUTUR 2025! Pics taken with my Olympus Mju and iPhone.

I had been travelling the past month for work and had just spent the week with my mom and sister for their first time trips to Paris and London. On my plane ride in from London, I recognized some faces that I assumed would also be attending FUTUR.
The vibe of everyone in the shuttle headed toward the hotel seemed unsure whether they would attend the warm-up party, but I was ready to let loose. Once we arrived at Hotel Grand Sitea, I dropped my stuff in my room, threw on some outfit informed by a Sopranos mobwife processed through TikTok to go peep the party. Once there, I was greeted by an angel named Angelika, our liaison for the weekend.

Carl Craig and DJ Tennis played b2b for the warm-up party. Had fun but the sound could’ve been louder (but that’s always my issue.)

Kind man holding it down in the front row. Had to pay my respects.

I was attending FUTUR thru their Art&Techno program which I ended up LOVING. Each day before the fest they take you on exclusive excursions then to a fab lunch.
Day 1 we attended a perfume thingy with XERJOFF, a sponsor of the festival and a tour of Casa Molino, the preserved apartment of artist, Carlo Molino, led by one of the co-owners of the museum, Fulvio Ferrari, who is a shining star himself. I met some amazing people in this group who I laugghhhhed with all weekend.
By the time lunch came tho I was already sort of dying from the heat which made me uneasy about getting to the fest during the day. I’m pretty ambitious when I attend festivals and am the type to want to maximize my time seeing music so I want to be there as early and also as late as I can.
The tour then took us to KAPPA HQ. I enjoyed it as it reminded me of my time when I was early 20-something working at another popular basics brand famous for their products Made in LA. 😉

Fit check Day 1! Lost one of my ballet flats at the hotel RIP.
My friends flew in from Lisbon to join!!!! :’)

Some important details.

I wish I had taken a pic like this with my friends….
Icons <3.

Nina Kraviz, thank you for your SERVicE at the Voyager Stage.

First time seeing Anyma! See my interview with him on his new album here.

Day 1 after party at Centralino Club with Seth Troxler.
Day 2 Art & Techno program took us to view someone’s private art collection at their house in the hills. Pretty fab…. Wish I could share the pics….
For lunch we went to this bomb spot nearby, Maggiora Bistrot. I ate a heavenly Tagliatelle Limone and had PLENTY of wine with my new friends from Spain. We were scheduled to attend some sort of chocolate factory tour next. I went to the bathroom as everyone was gathering to leave and somehow got left behind so I missed that. lmao.
Luckily I wasn’t far from the hotel, so I walked back to soak up some of the Turin vibes. I stopped by a supermarket and bought a bottle of water and a cheap perfume with the scent “Chic Blooming” (we later coined it Italian Moonshine).
I met back up with my friends to get ready and pregame for the fest. I needed to arrive early to catch Tatyana Jane.

Unfortunately I missed a few precious hours of Day 2 due to some random bureaucracy at security but that’s amoré!

The intimissimi underwear line.

Floating Points’ set was gorgeous!!!! Was my fav of Day 2. I was obsessed with the live visuals by Akiko Nakayama and Anna Diaz.
Day 2 after party at Azimut for DJ Hell…My friends all left at some point and the club turned into all men so I dipped. I walked like 30 minutes home and finally got to bed at around 7am.
I skipped the Day 3 Art&Techno excursion unfortunately, cos I needed a crumb of sleep to get thru the final day. Somehow scrounged up a look to get down to the lobby and make the shuttle for lunch at 12:30. We pulled up to this place that looked like a club on the outside, and as soon as we opened the door, house music was bumping-I squealed eeeeeee!
I slurped some delicious Gazpacho and a bottle of white wine for sustenance and headed to the fest from there to try to make it for the last bit of Sally C’s set.

Sunday daytime Solumun is exactly what the people (I) needed. It also sounded like they had boosted the sound.

Encountered the most stylish sweeties at the Kosmo Stage.

KERRI CHANDLER’S SET WAS A BREATH OF FRESH COOL AIR! By now I was on shrooms-the photographers hair…. *sobbing*.

I think this was during Boris Brejcha. I’ve never seen him before so I was stokedddd. He wasn’t wearing the usual mask but maybe he doesn’t do that all the time? Idk. I could tell that security was doubting whether I was supposed to be on stage at this point cos I was screaming and bouncing around but I had taken a friend of a friends artist pass so nobody could say anything…
I heard someone climbed up one of those tall structures. Idk if they want me to talk about that lol.

Lilly Palmer <3 <3 <3 These visuals were so funny Idk if intentional but I was tripping on them.

Keep an eye out for new music from Tatyana Jane releasing on Ed Banger in September.

Baddie sighting mainstage.

I think somewhere here I was lit and needed to go rest. I went and got my hair done at the hair styling station in VIP. I did two buns on top of my head with braid antennae that we pinned and then covered my middle part in red glitter.
*Clacks* KIKI’d at the CARIBOU closing set. My neck has been so tense all week from headbanging….

Caribou shredded so hard. I wish I could go back to this set.

Ended every night with a pizza from room service. Here’s one that was captured from Friday.
Thank you to the KAPPA and the Infamous PR teams for an insane weekend. This piece barely does the event justice. Guess we have to come back!
