Marc Jacobs has added an additional familiar face to his star-studded fall/winter 2016 campaign (those featured thus far include Missy Elliott, Cara Delevingne, Courtney Love, and more). The designer published a post on Instagram to introduce Kendall Jenner as the latest model to be advertised wearing his fall collection. Kendall has been Jacobs's golden girl for a while, ever since he was the first designer to use her in a runway show.
While it's no surprise that someone like Courtney Love would fit the bill for the goth look that the campaign projects, Kendall Jenner proves that even she (good girl chic) can rock punk-inspired attire and makeup exceptionally well. The no-brow look is definitely reminiscent of older sister Kim's beauty look at the Met Gala this year.
According to Jacobs, choosing Kendall for the campaign was something that was inevitable. In his Instagram post, the designer wrote, "I will always remember the first time I met Kendall during castings for our fall 2014 fashion show. It goes without saying that Kendall has gone on to establish an incredible career for herself and every bit of it is a testament to her hard work, passion, and desire."
Kendall Jenner: proving her versatility as a model, one campaign and runway show at a time.
