Kim Shui’s latest collection inspires island escapism with swirls of vibrant and tangy colors—sure to be spotted soon on the likes of our favorite stylish celebrities. The designer channelled all those cancelled tropical vacations into new renditions of sexy mini mesh and velvet dresses with the brand’s signature seductive cutout and crisscross tie details.

Casual and cool silk sets arrived in subtle creams as well as lime green and playful prints, a seamless marriage of comfort and chic, a balance we’ve all been grasping for during these trying times. These staple two-pieces are perfect to brighten up your work from home fit, from cargo balloon pants, to corset tops and cropped button down shirts.

This season, like many others designers, Shui unveiled her FW2021 collection online. Via video against a simple white backdrop, the sultry ensembles were brought to life by a diverse cast of models shot by photographer and director Lula Hyers.

Wide angles, and close ups pan her creations hugging the body in all the right places. Featured looks include sumptuous baby blue shirts and abstract florals cinched at the waist, alongside bleeding tie dye mesh pants and shirts. Adding a little je ne sais quoi—to top of the enticing designs—were silver hoops braided into the model’s hair, with linked chains leading to delicate nose rings, elevating the outfits and truly transforming fashion into art.
