If Lady Gaga’s Super Bowl halftime performance had you voguing on your couch, you’re in luck; it looks like last night's show was the first of many arena-sized spectacles to come. Following yesterday's show, Gaga took to Instagram to announce a new worldwide tour to promote her latest number one album, Joanne. If last night was any indication, fans will likely be able to expect more than just Joanne tracks though, having cycled through a career's worth of hits that included "Poker Face," "Telephone," "Bad Romance," and more.
All in all, Gaga's performance we well-received by fans and critics alike. While it was widely speculated the pop superstar would use NFL stage to make a political statement, she settled for a more low-key vibe of unity, opening her set with a mashup of "God Bless America" and "This Land is Your Land." Twitter loved it, and she even garnered praise from Hillary Clinton.
I'm one of 100 million #SuperBowl fans that just went #Gaga for the Lady, & her message to all of us. https://t.co/8AoNqjwr1b
