In a season of virtual award shows, we’ve still seen some stunning looks from nominees, and Leslie Odom Jr.’s outfit for the 26th Critics’ Choice Awards is no exception. Odom wore Celine, styled by Avo Yermagyan, when he won the Best Song award for his song “Speak Now,” featured in the film One Night in Miami. Odom wears a striped flannel jacket and trousers from the Fall/Winter 21 collection. A white poplin collar emerges from a black shetland sweater, and the LE 16 Padlock Necklace in Silver Brass is the perfect elevating touch.

The ruffled collar nods to Odom’s career-launching role as Aaron Burr in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s musical Hamilton. In a beautiful full-circle moment, Miranda presented Odom with his award on Sunday night. One Night in Miami is a drama directed by Regina King. The film tells a fictional story in which Cassius Clay, Jim Brown, Sam Cooke (played by Odom), and Malcolm X meet in Miami to discuss and debate their role as successful Black men during the Civil Rights Movement. You can stream it on Prime Video  and listen to Odom’s song for the film below.
