Loewe Releases Aire Anthesis as a Fragrant Tribute to Free-Spirited Spanish Energy

Aire Anthesis is the first in a line of fragrances from the fashion house to feature Loewe Accord

Loewe has released the Aire Anthesis EDP as a new Botanical Rainbow fragrance; the first of the line to feature the exclusive Loewe Accord. The novel and exclusive Loewe Accord is an olfactory signature that has been created by the label’s in-house perfumier, Nuella Cruelles, encapsulating the fashion house’s roots in Spanish heritage.

The fragrance itself is rooted by the scent of the Rockrose, a wildflower local to the rugged terrain of Spain that is best known for its herbaceous scent and its five delicate white petals, charmingly stained in triangular hints of black in its center. The base for the scent is a deep woody scent, accompanied by notes of pear, peony, rhubarb, and sandalwood.

Named “Anthesis,” the fragrance gets its name from the Latin word for the moment in which a flower bursts into bloom. This sense of blossoming works in tandem with the fashion house’s roots of the wild and free Spanish energy. The Aire Anthesis itself is the first in what will become a line that continues to feature the Accord, which will unify the entire collection as it continues to be released.
