The scope of fashion is beginning to change as long-standing brands start to court new designers who seek to pursue limitless and authentic creativity through their original designs. The latest collaboration to strike a chord amongst fashion lovers and purveyors alike is with New York based clothing line, LOROD and the iconic shoe label, Manolo Blahnik.

After Blahnik teamed up with style supernova Rihanna, the legendary designer is now shifting gears and partnering with under-the-radar brands like LOROD. The burgeoning label, founded by Lauren Rodriguez and Michael Freels, reached out to the legendary shoe maestro about helping them create a line of footwear for their Pre-Fall 2018 collection. The overarching theme of the designer’s Pre-Fall line used disparate interpretations of the American West, and the nostalgia associated with the area, to expand their pragmatic ready-to-wear collection, and of course the enviable shoes.

Taking their style cue form the American West, it only seemed fitting the brand would create a four-piece collection of kitten-heel ankle boots and slingbacks from the Pre-Fall 2108 theme. Click through the slideshow and see the enviable shoes for yourself.
