In preparation for the Australian Open, Louis Vuitton has crafted two exquisite and captivating official trophy trunks, one for the Daphne Akhurst Memorial Cup for women and one for the Norman Brookes Challenge Cup for men. Starting January 27 and 28, the magnificent trunks will be on display for the finals and prizegiving ceremonies for the winners.

Crafted with a wooden frame and Louis Vuitton Monogram canvas and embellished with brass corners, locks, and clasps, the trunks will elegantly shine with the competition trophies. Both trophies will be painted with a striking V; putting “Victory” and “Vuitton” in the spotlight. The color palette features the classic Australian Open blue, in the shade of the courts, with the white AO letters on the underside of the case.

“After the Trophy Trunks created for the Rugby World Cup and the Ballon d’Or® in 2023, we are proud to announce this new partnership with the first Grand Slam tournament of 2024, which once again shows that Victory travels in Louis Vuitton,“ says Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton. “For more than 170 years,  the Maison has been creating trunks that embody excellence, creativity, and audacity, all values we share with the world’s greatest sporting events.“
