Following its long-standing tradition of blending the magic of the holiday season with its iconic brand, Louis Vuitton has unveiled a fantastical Holiday 2024 campaign centered around an enchanting carousel ride.
Directed by Lope Serrano, the campaign video follows a group of jubilant riders journeying across a snowy wonderland to board a whimsical carousel adorned with intricately crafted animal figures, including a giraffe, ostrich, deer, and snail. Each creature is playfully embellished with variations of Louis Vuitton’s signature Monogram motif and Damier check pattern.
In a dreamlike narrative reminiscent of a Christmas fairytale, the carousel whisks the riders through captivating landscapes inspired by the French fashion house’s campaigns and events from the past year. Stunning mountain peaks reference Vuitton’s “Core Values” campaign, while the sparkling city skylines recall the Voyager Show in Shanghai from last April. The journey culminates in a spectacular fireworks display over Paris’ iconic Place Vendôme, honoring over 170 years of Louis Vuitton’s travel heritage.
For stressed gift-givers, the campaign highlights a curated selection of Louis Vuitton’s finest creations, including ready-to-wear leather goods, travel essentials, fine jewelry, and timeless hard-sided pieces—offering endless inspiration as 2024 concludes in celebration.
To extend the magic of the season, Louis Vuitton will host immersive carousel activations across the globe in locations such as Macau, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Yokohama, and, of course, Paris. Additionally, an AR carousel filter will be available on Instagram, alongside a holiday e-card service launching on LouisVuitton.com.
