Tenured Louis Vuitton collaborators Pharrell WIlliams and Nigo celebrated friendship and their mutual streetwear roots in the French luxury fashion house’s Fall/Winter 2025 Men’s Collection, presented at Paris Fashion Week. Titled “Remember the Future,” the menswear capsule takes a look into Louis Vuitton’s past and present through repurposing old and new textiles.

Presented against a backdrop of vintage vitrines designed by Masamichi Katayama’s interior design company Wonderwall, the collection was displayed on a circular runway set up at the Cour Carrée du Louvre.

New bags were made the featured item of the collection and seen inside the virtrines, showing off the fresh Speedy bags and Keepalls before debuting the new Slouchy Hobo. Classic Louis Vuitton pastel and jewel-toned totes and trunks alike brighten the most simplistic ensembles. Cherry blossoms bloom out of a Louis Vuitton logo box in an elaborate illustration on a tote bag, as Japan’s sights and culture are a frequent inspiration for the brand.

The consistent blue and brown colorways felt like classic Louis Vuitton, along with the continued use of the Dandy Monogram and Damier patterns. Williams and Nigo continue to revel in the nostalgia by also styling the recently announced Y2K homage Louis Vuitton ButterSoft sneakers. The collection holds its own by layering elongated oversized pieces and tailored denim co-ords in ensembles. The sartorial energy in juxtaposition with the streetwear pieces makes Louis Vuitton’s latest menswear collection into a unique line that doesn’t take itself too seriously while still reflecting on the brand’s known impact on fashion.

Thematically, a streetwear-heavy collection from Louis Vuitton would not be complete without loud accessories that make the look. Chunky LV Frog glasses match the iconography of other parts of the collection, and necks and chunky charm necklaces and rope chains complemented the bag charms seen laced onto many a signature bag. Japanese-inspired motifs continue into cherry blossom necklaces and sakura earrings.

The Weekend and Playboi Carti’s hit song “Timeless” played as the models walked out to conclude the show — perhaps an omen that Louis Vuitton will continue to evolve with the changing tides of streetwear fashion.
