The fashion industry is quickly approaching a new dawn—an era where fashion is less about formality and more about approachability—clothes you can wear day in and day out. Now that streetwear is being fully embraced, Lourdes Leon is stepping into the limelight for the MadeMe X-Girl and staking her claim.

As a streetwear label “by girls, for girls,” MadeMe has been making waves since the collaboration of X-Girl and the relaunch of the alternative ‘90s label. To honor the revival of the line, MadeME founder Erin Magee wanted to search for a fresh face that embodied each brand’s edgy yet feminine attitude. Choosing Lourdes “Lola” Leon as the face of the campaign was the perfect pairing, considering Lourdes is harnessing the 90s in cool girl fashion.
