As the first frosts settle over the season’s horizon, Louis Vuitton presents LV SKI, a complete and technically accomplished collection that brings the House’s Art of Travel to new altitudes. Engineered for both the slopes and the “après-ski” hour, it fuses performance with allure.
Made in ultra-light, waterproof fabrics, graphic coats, “salopettes” and nylon jackets offer freedom of movement and warmth in equal measure. Quilted-effect top stitching nods to the Malletage pattern once lining Louis Vuitton’s iconic trunks, merging archival references with forward-facing design. The “après-ski” wardrobe unfolds in rich textures: knitwear adorned with Norwegian motifs and Monogram flowers. Also, denim with added sequins that mirror the crystalline sheen of snow.

As for leather goods, the revived Monogram Miroir Canvas, first reinterpreted in the 2000s, returns in silver and a new coppery hue. Alma, Speedy, Petite Malle and OnTheGo silhouettes shimmer like ice-carved artifacts, while shearling redefines icons such as the Capucines and Neverfull Inside Out BB. The Teddy Muff, a hybrid of sleeve and bag, also emerges as both accessory and a collector’s piece. Continuing this, are Monogram-lensed ski masks, satin hoods, and shearling scarves. As for footwear, it extends with the Cortina Boots and shearling mules, while the LV Cloud Boots bring a contemporary sportswear spirit. The palette is black, cream, silver, and enhanced by copper and chocolate tones.
Between the hush of falling snow and the shimmer of moonlit peaks, the skiwear line finds its rhythm in racing downhill or raising a glass of glühwein by the fire. In this way, Louis Vuitton captures the season’s thrill of elegance in motion.
