At just 26, Madison Beer, singer-songwriter, director, and producer has already built a career defined by personal and creative growth. Following the emotional depth of Silence Between Songs (2023), she now turns the page with her upcoming studio album locket, arriving January 16, 2026 via Epic Records.

Written and co-produced by Beer herself, locket reunites her with longtime collaborators One Love, LOSTBOY, and Leroy Clampitt. The album’s title, she explains, came to her early in the writing process: “After writing the album, it feels like each song lives within this metaphorical locket for safekeeping,” Beer says. “Each album feels like an era and once the albums are out in the world, the chapter for me—usually with what I wrote about—is closed.”

True to that vision, locket is a collection of memories and emotional fragments, pieced together through sleek pop production and some of the most vocally dynamic performances of her career. The record gathers the songs that have defined her stellar 2025 run, including Bittersweet and Yes Baby. The former became Beer’s fastest track to reach Top 40 radio, while the latter closed a trilogy of dance-pop hits earlier this year.

The momentum crescendoed last week when Madison took the stage at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2025 in New York City, performing “Bittersweet” for a live audience, and 2.5 million viewers on YouTube. Her performance quickly went viral, propelling her to the #1 trending spot on X worldwide.

Beyond the numbers, 2025 has been the year Beer solidified her role as a creative force. She’s written, co-produced, and co-directed her latest work. All with an increasing autonomy in pop’s polished dynamics.
